Working principle of Upper Suction Lock 4.0:
1. When the door is closed, the car lock card plate touches the original car lock buckle and enters the half-lock state. After the ECU receives the half-lock lock signal, it sends a suction lock command to the actuator, and the actuator drives the locking motor to drive the card plate into a full lock. , Lock the door.
2. When the door is opened, the car receives the unlock signal, and the ECU sends a lock release command to the lock release motor to release the cardboard, thereby opening the door.
 
   

Why choose an upper suction lock?
1. The installation method of the upper suction lock is to use the original car holes and the original car screws and directly replace the original car's lock machine. Installation is simple, no need to remove too many decorative panels, saving a lot of installation time. At the same time, it does not damage the original vehicle structure and lines.
2. During the installation process, compared with the electric lock, it can avoid many wiring steps.
3. Each electric suction lock is equipped with an emergency safety rope as standard to avoid the safety hazard that the electric tailgate cannot be opened. In an emergency, you can use the emergency safety rope to manually unlock the tailgate. More protection means more safety.
