1. How to solve the problem of the door not closing

A. DX/DS CODE
First use a screwdriver to simulate pushing the lock to the secondary lock, and then press the tailgate button 6 times (select 6 gears). There are 8 gears in total, and the initial default is 3 gears. After pressing 6 times, press the hand buckle button outside the tailgate to unlock. After unlocking, press and hold our tailgate button for 3 seconds, release it when you hear a beep, and press the tailgate button again to close the tailgate.

Open the tailgate, manually use a screwdriver to quickly turn the electric tailgate lock to the fully locked state. Short press our tailgate button within 10 seconds (the controller will make a beeping sound).
